Old Tuscan farmhouse panoramically set on a hill within a 110 hectares estate in which cereals are cultivated. The property lies on the western part of the Volterra main hill. Casa all’Olmo is always a quiet and peaceful place to staywith a variety of colours throughoutthe seasons: colours of a mature wheat field are so much different from those of a ploughed or harvested field.This is the right place to spend a holiday plunged into nature in a sunny and uncontaminated environment.

Situated in an area artistically and historically very rich, this location is ideal for excursions: San Gimignano, Siena, Certaldo, the Tuscan Maremma area, the villages of the Chianti district and of the Thyrrenian Sea like Castiglioncello, San Vincenzo, the white beach of Vada, the Baratti gulf and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, especially the Elba island. All these itineraries are between 45 minutes and 2 hours away by car from the farmhouse. Pisa can be reached in just 1 hour and Florence in 1h30. It is a whole world to be seen, visited and tasted through its typical wines and local food.

The Farm holidays House to the Elm tree consists in 6 apartments respective of 70 mq approximately that they offer a comfortable and wide space, comprising habitable kitchen and stay, disengagement, bath and 2 rooms. The apartments are equip you of TV-SAT and conditioned air to the advanced plan.
